Basic Requirements for Processing

Applicants must be 25 years of age or younger.

Applicants must have completed a Diploma or Degree.

Final-year students may qualify, provided they can submit supporting documents demonstrating strong academic performance.

A valid Driver’s Licence is beneficial.

Any relevant minimum 3 year completed Degree, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology, Microbiology and Physiology, Agricultural Engineering/Bioresources, Agriculture Post-Harvest Technology, Consumer Sciences, Food Science and Nutrition.

Experience or time spent in a processing facility, packhouse or lab is beneficial.
